Total Project Management

We recommend a Project Manager be appointed at an early stage to help co-ordinate the wide range of tasks necessary. This liaison would be up to Director Level; it also includes departmental briefings, support and communication and co-ordination of external contractors and suppliers.

If you don't require a 'total managed service', we can provide Move Co-ordinators capable of handling multiple moves or split sites. We also have experienced site foremen managing individual task teams and providing client liaison.

Workable, flexible move plans, designed to achieve your widest move objectives. Outline move plans are presented at the quoting stage. Once appointed, comprehensive plans form the blueprint for the move programme with a complete move itinerary showing resource levels and detailed activities.
